Measurement Guarantee
If you mismeasure, we remake it.
Ordering made-to-measure products online takes trust. We make it simple: if your blind does not fit because the measurements you entered were wrong, we manufacture a new one — you only cover a small contribution towards material and shipping.
How it works
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what does not fit.
- Send us a photo of the window and the blind — that is all we need.
- We check the correct dimensions together with you (photo or video call, if helpful).
- Your replacement goes into production, made to the corrected measurements.
The conditions — short and fair
- Applies to one remake per blind.
- The blind must be unused and undamaged apart from the fitting issue.
- The guarantee covers measurement errors — manufacturing defects are always covered separately by the statutory warranty and our 5-year product guarantee.

Please note: as individually manufactured goods, made-to-measure blinds are excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This guarantee exists precisely to protect you regardless.
